Class Schedule
All Levels Reformer
All of our classes at BOLD Pilates Encinitas are open to any level and meet you where you’re at, from complete beginners through to advanced clients who have been practicing Pilates for years! In each class, we offer beginners lighter spring options and easier versions of the exercises. We encourage our intermediate and advanced clients to try heavier spring options, and more challenging, complex versions of the exercises. You’ll leave feeling you got an amazing full-body workout, and nobody is left behind in this class. All are welcome!
