We’re looking for motivated, high-performing, passionate instructors to lead fun, results-driven classes at our growing studio. Pay is $50/class base, up to $70/class depending on the number of clients in class. Bring your A-game, connect with clients, and grow with us!
We are an evidence-based Pilates studio that focuses on building lasting strength and flexibility in our clients. We use a modern, strength-based programming.
As we are a new studio, we are hiring for class times that are brand new, especially weekday early mornings. Please be flexible as schedules, policies, and other aspects of the studio change and shift to respond to the community’s needs.

If it feels like we’re aligned:
1. Please create a quick, 3-5 minute video (an informal selfie-style video is fine!), answering 3 questions:
- Why do you want to work for us in particular?
- Give an example of when you have gone the extra mile for a customer, e.g., gone above and beyond your job expectations in order to take care of them? This can be from any job, not just a Pilates role.
- What do you think is most important in teaching a session to older clients, particularly those over the age of 50?
2. Please include a 3-5 minute video of you teaching Pilates. This can be on a reformer or mat, in a live class, or with a family member or friend.
If invited to interview, we’d love you to join us in our studio for a short practice class. We look forward to meeting you!
