We’re looking for motivated, high-performing, passionate instructors to lead fun, results-driven classes at our growing studio. Pay is $50/class base, up to $70/class depending on the number of clients in class, along with a competitive 401(k) with company match. Bring your A-game, connect with clients, and grow with us!

We are an evidence-based Pilates studio that focuses on building lasting strength and flexibility in our clients. We use a modern, strength-based programming.

As we are a newer studio, we are sometimes hiring for class times that are brand new. Please be flexible as schedules, policies, and other aspects of the studio change and shift to respond to the community’s needs.

• Why would you like to work for us in particular?
• Please give an example of when you have gone the extra mile for a customer, e.g., gone above and beyond your job expectations in order to take care of them? This can be from any job, not just a Pilates role.
• How would you approach teaching a class when there beginners and advanced clients in the same class?
