Hi, I’m Christina, founder and lead teacher at BOLD Pilates.
At 19, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Practically overnight, I went from being strong and active to feeling limited, exhausted, and in constant pain. Even simple movement hurt—and exercise, something I once loved, only made things worse.
Then I found Pilates. Pilates met me exactly where I was. On the hard days, I could ease in; on the good days, I could push myself. Slowly, I rebuilt my strength—not just to move better in class, but to live more freely in everyday life.
That experience inspired me to create BOLD Pilates, a place where movement builds real, functional strength for living boldly beyond the studio. I’ve brought together an incredible team of passionate, knowledgeable instructors who share that mission. Each of us comes from a different background, but we’re united by one goal: helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your own body.
