Who We Are

At BOLD Pilates in Encinitas, we've built an evidence-based, strength-focused studio where instructors are respected, clients get real results, and the work actually means something. We're growing, and we're looking for exceptional teachers to grow with us.

What Teaching at BOLD Looks Like

• $50–$70 per class based on client count — one of the strongest pay structures in San Diego

• 401(k) with company match

• You teach our programming — no class planning on your own time

• Paid mentorship throughout your time with us

• Small, intentional class sizes — you'll actually know your clients

Who We're Looking For

You're certified in Reformer Pilates, you take your craft seriously, and you show up for your clients the way you'd want someone to show up for you. You're not looking for just another class to pick up — you want a studio you're proud to be part of.

How to Apply

• Step 1: Fill out a short form. No cover letter required.

• Step 2: If it feels like a fit, we'll reach out to invite you to the next step, a short and informal video questionnaire.

• Step 3: A trial class and a get-to-know you session at the studio — a chance for both of us to see if it's the right match.
