Studio Policies
1. General Terms
By participating in any classes, sessions, or services provided by BOLD Pilates, LLC (“Studio”), you agree to abide by these Studio Policies. The Studio reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Attire
For safety and hygiene purposes, all clients are required to wear sticky socks during classes. Clients without appropriate footwear may be denied participation.
Clothing with zippers, buttons, or anything that can scratch or damage the reformer carriage surface are not permitted.
The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
3. Late Entry
We have a strict 10-minute cutoff for late entry into class. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after class start, you will not be permitted to join the class in session. Late entries disrupt the flow and enjoyment of other clients, and you will have missed the warm-up to the main exercise program that day.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Class bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. No person may attend class without a signed liability waiver.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will result in the forfeiture of class credits. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for a life threatening or life altering emergency. An example of this would be a death in the immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, spouse, in-laws) or a hospitalization of an immediate family member or self. Exceptions will not be made for doctor appointments, illness (that are not hospitalized), sick children, fluctuations in work schedule, school schedule or social events. This list is not exhaustive.
No-shows will incur a $20 fee.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Studio does not offer refunds on class packages, memberships, or any other purchases.
All classes must be paid for prior to the start of the class.
Class packages and memberships are non-transferable. Memberships cannot be shared.
The Studio reserves the right to modify class pricing and package options at any time.
6. Membership Cancellations, Changes, and Freezes
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis every 4 weeks (28 days).
Cancellations may be processed through your self-service account in Momence at any time up until the day prior to your next billing date. If canceling via email, please provide a minimum of 3 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Requests to change your membership tier (e.g., from 1x/Week to 2x/Week) must also be submitted by email with a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Please note that once a recurring membership payment has processed for the upcoming 4-week period, no changes can be made to that billing cycle.
Members are eligible for up to 4 weeks of membership freezes per calendar year (January–December), with a minimum freeze duration of 2 weeks per request. Freezes beyond the 4-week annual allowance may be approved for medical reasons with a valid doctor’s note.
7. Filming and Photography
Filming may take place during any class for internal quality control purposes only. No footage will be used for marketing, advertising, or any external purpose without your explicit consent.
