Our core BOLD Movement Method class!

Every All Levels Reformer class follows the same structured program — and works for every body in the room. Your instructor reads the room in real time, adjusting the challenge for each client so that beginners are supported and experienced clients are pushed.

Stretch Reformer

Every strong body needs recovery built in.

Stretch Reformer is the complement to your BOLD Movement Method classes — a dedicated session designed to lengthen, restore, and give your body the space it needs to adapt and grow stronger.

Using the reformer’s unique resistance and support, you’ll move through deep stretching, mobility work, and active recovery in a way that feels genuinely restorative without ever feeling passive.

Come after a hard week of training. Come when your body is asking for something different. Either way, you’ll leave feeling longer, lighter, and ready for what’s next.
